In this time, we realised that Discord's 150mil monthly active users are comprised of superfan communities that are segmented by passion – a dream for brands.


In our pursuit, we committed to doing it right. This involved cultivating robust community relationships and experimenting with diverse formats to identify what truly worked.


Lots didn't work! But we're here now with those lessons and data from 11 months of paid media to proudly stand as partners to some of the world's largest brands, delivering successful campaigns in this emerging channel.


Our mission on the community side is to provide the currency to fuel a greater quantity and quality of Discord creators – boosting this underserved but unrivalled channel.

Wildfire is the culmination of 10 years of media and marketing experience, 2 years of Discord community building, and a lot of startups, some more successful than others.


Starting originally as a Discord bot that enabled communities to exchange recommendations, with ads to monetise, the latter proved to be 99% of what people wanted to talk to us about, so it was settled – we'd make advertising that is welcome in Discord communities.
