My Wildfire journey began with a focus on Discord community management, launching and managing several communities of our own and for clients.
In this time, leaning into my 11 years of media and marketing experience, I realised that Discord's 200mil monthly active users are comprised of superfan communities that are segmented by passion: a dream for brands.
In our pursuit, we committed to doing it right. This involved cultivating robust community relationships and experimenting with diverse formats to identify what truly worked.
Lots didn't work! But we're here now with those lessons and data from 18 months of marketing campaigns to proudly stand as partners to some of the world's largest brands, delivering successful campaigns in this emerging channel.
Our mission on the community side is to provide the currency to fuel a greater quantity and quality of Discord creators – boosting this underserved but unrivalled channel.
Our mission is clear: to transform Discord into a profitable and rewarding platform for community building, just as it is on other platforms.
To realize this mission, we've developed a platform that enhances campaign efficiency and prioritizes continuous learning. With each campaign, we strive to outperform our previous achievements, and so far we're doing well to hit that goal.
