What we collect

Your contact details, location, work authorization, career information, application answers and any CV you choose to upload. During interviews we may collect scorecards, reference notes and homework you submit. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

How we use it

Logan uses this information to assess your application and manage the recruitment process. Access is restricted to Logan; interviewers receive only what they need for their part of the process. Candidate information is kept out of shared team workspaces.

Sourcing

We may find potential candidates through public professional information, buyer nominations and sourcing providers. A first message explains where we found you. You can ask us to stop contacting you.

AI and decisions

The initial process uses manual review. If AI screening is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any required notice before using it. Logan makes every hiring decision.

Storage and retention

Applications are stored in a private Notion workspace. CV uploads use private Vercel Blob storage. Google Workspace carries recruitment correspondence. These providers may process data internationally. We use your application to run this recruitment process; if you opt in, we may keep it on file for 12 months. Unsuccessful applications are removed within 12 months of application or sourcing, or earlier where required. We retain only a minimal suppression record when needed to honour a do-not-contact request.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw retention consent, or object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Read our general privacy policy for more about Wildfire.
